Missing My Michiru

by Kat Voletto (Age: 32)

~~Dedicated to my Michiru. I miss you like crazy and love you to pieces honey, stay strong.~~

I miss you.
Congratulating you on your brave accomplishments,
Hating myself for losing touch with you again.
It seems silly,
Real love with an anime name
Unrealistic as it seems, it works for us.

Kills me that we're so far apart
Always seems like there's just no time to talk
I wish more than anything you were here with me
Old desires, never fading
Haruka's here for you baby girl.

It's like Wordsworth said, "The inward eye is the bliss of solitude", which translates to, "Memories are the happiness of being alone". And it's so true! It's great how you put forth the memory of your Michiru, with love and care. Beautiful poem, Kat!

So sweet and full of love. This is a good poem and a wonderful message to one that is loved. Anthony

Awww... :)

I'm sorry I haven't been on much...with the whole sudden suicide of my harddrive, life has pretty much decided to cipher off all communication I have with the real world and restrict me to private writings and the calls that come on (I can't dial long distance, and everyone I know is that!!! :( )

This is a beautiful poem, and definitly brought a smile to my face
