Who made all the mystery?
The baffling works of history,

It’s written on the pages,
That God set all the stages,

He set them up for you - He set them all to be,
He wrote His plan in flesh and blood - For all the world to see,

He carved the doubts upon the land,
He freed the beast that tempts your hand,

He did this not to do you wrong,
He set this up to prove you strong,

The laws of God and His design,
The scholars dare to redefine,

They’re made to what they want to see,
And not the way they’re meant to be,
They talk their lines with clever word,
Their sales pitch by few is heard,

But Satan soon will back their plan,
And fraud will then consume the land,

This test will be to see who’s true,
But most will fall - I hope not you,

With just the weak - The sick and poor,
You’ll bring God’s triumph door to door,

The victor’s over those who sin,
Will have a home with Christ within,

Be ready for these trying times,
They’re more than words and more than rhymes,

Its faith and trust of steadfast means,
That brings reward beyond your dreams,

God will want you there with him,
He’ll want you there and free from sin,

Please learn the word that God has sent,
Through Christ our Lord - And then repent,

Your sins were bought by Him that day,
The price was high he had to pay,

You can’t see God without the Son,
And time is short - I’d think to run,

Jesus Christ - King of Kings
Do not be swayed form His Truth,

Yahoo News,

Religious people are less intelligent than atheists, study finds,

A team led by Miron Zuckerman of the University of Rochester found “a reliable negative relation between intelligence and religiosity” in 53 out of 63 studies. Even in extreme old age, intelligent people are less likely to believe, the researchers found - and the reasons why people with high IQs shun religion may not be as simple as previously thought.

The question now becomes, how does one define intelligence?

If it boils down to Atheism or Stupidity,

I choose Stupidity,

Hey Mike ,
Nicely edited I haven't been too religious lately but go to church just to make my grandmother happy no more than that. I do like the wording of this poem though . Its truly a deep piece of work indeed.

This is a truly touching piece since gods been
my strength since my grandfather's passing away, he helped me through all the tough times in my life and even though I've been abused as a teenager in high school my faith in god never wavered I never question what god has planned for me or any of us I just go on
with life.
Thanks for sharing this with us all Mike .

Study finds a lot of things, then it turns around and changes its studies. I'm with you on what it boils down to. One or the other, I choose the other, as well.
Nice poem. Thanks for sharing. Neat pictures, too. Be Blessed. Hugs...
