Pumpkin Bread by Judy Cross

3 1/2 cups flour 1 1/2 tsp salt
2 tsp soda 3 cups sugar
1 cup oil 4 eggs
2/3 cup water 1 tsp cinnamon
1 tsp nutmeg 2 cups pumpkin (small can)

Mix all until smooth, add 1 cup chopped nuts if desired. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour. Bake in three greased bread pans or 4 greased 1 pound coffee cans 1/2 full.
